Developing technology and changing processes in recent years have forced companies to reconsider
their business policies. Companies have also been coerced to develop appropriate strategies to identify
targets that are proper for evolving conditions and to achieve these targets. The most important factors
that distinguish today's companies from their competitors are; To be able to adapt to changing conditions
and to respond to customer requests with flexible organization structure. Due to the changing production
and consumption conditions, importance of mechanization and automation in production sector has
increased. Many companies have begun to give more place to automation systems in production line.
One of the basic elements of automation systems is robotic systems. With these systems, operations that
require susceptibility or power are performed quickly and accurately. System developed in this study
offers innovative solutions compared to systems produced in automation sector in terms of being
compatible with different products. Proposed system enables the welding of boiler manufacturing,
where standard measurements are difficult to achieve on a individual basis, and / or welding of different
products in a similar structure, can be done automatically without human touching. In addition, this
system prevents workers from being exposed to the gas, light and flame they are exposed to during the
welding process.
